Simple control

It may seem that controlling the robot via smartphone is comfortable. But in reality, it is neither useful nor necessary. The app is designed to switch on the device remotely. However, in order to prepare the window cleaning robot, set the program and place the robot on the surface to be cleaned, it usually has to be in the same room. So, control with the help of telephone is simply impractical, and interfacing is often complicated.

Hester M2-PRO is controlled by a remote control. There is no need to interface it with any other device. Therefore, control becomes much simpler. Several basic functions are, in principle, enough for performing all programs of the robot. Therefore, here, complicated control is not required.

Cleaner surfaces

We noticed that robots with a cloth, that has shorter bristles, clean less effectively.Hester M2-PRO cloths with longer bristles collect more dirt and leave the window cleaner.

Cleaned corners and edges

A square-shaped rounded housing of Hester M2-PRO robot better reaches hard-to-reach places, corners and edges, and does not scratch the window frame. It is driven with the help of rubber movement gears (castors) and therefore easily “climbs” all the way to the top of the window.

Round robots not only clean worse the windows at their edges, but also overcome the entire surface of the window with greater difficulty, because it can be difficult to select a proper wetness of the cloth – after wetting the cloths too much or too little, the robot does not move as intended, does not climb to the top of the window. For this reason, robots with rubber movement gears are superior.

Innovative system

The Hester M2-PRO system is programmed so that the entire surface of the window is cleaned (irrespective of its size) and the robot would return to the starting point after finishing work. It seems like a self-explanatory function. However, not every model can do that. Some robots stay where they finished work. For this reason, sometimes they have to be taken off of the farthest edge, or they complete the cleaning program without having cleaned the entire window. The upgraded Hester system ensures smooth operation and execution of the robot program to the end.

This model impressed with the combination of its functions and technical characteristics. The robot has washed all surfaces, even the corners and edges of the windows, very clean. The reusable cloths of the robot are unique for their softness, high absorption of dirt and moisture. They stayed firmly on the device and never slipped off. The sensors of the robot identified the edges of the frameless mirrors. As a result, the robot did not drive off the surface, but navigated reliably. The robot worked quickly and quietly. It was easy and convenient to control it with a remote control. There was no need to link the robot to the telephone, to download apps and learn how to use them. After finishing work, the Hester M2-PRO robot always returned to the starting point and it, therefore, was easy to reach. The housing of the robot is thin. It even fit under the window handles – no unwashed areas were left.

After trying Hester M2-PRO robot, we realized the importance of the automatic liquid spray function – there is no need to periodically take off the robot from the surface being cleaned and moisten the cloths. Hester M2-PRO robot is a wired robot. But extension cord was not needed in cleaning all windows because its power cord is as many as 5.5 meter long.
