This irrigator has 3 water spray modes – low, medium and pulsating – and a water pressure of 30-100 PSI. When we tested this irrigator, we found that it cleans really well, but it is not very strong compared to the TOP irrigators. If you have sensitive gums and want to clean your gums more gently, this irrigator is a good choice. However, it does not have a stronger jet, and low water pressure will not provide a very powerful jet for cleaning the gums.

Also, this BETTERANGEL irrigator has a water capacity of 300 ml, which is larger than most other irrigators on the market. This capacity should definitely be enough for one interdental cleaning.
